Boksburg Parkrun to celebrate first anniversary

Registered Parkrun members are urged to bring a friend along and everyone aspiring to keep fit while having fun are welcome to come and join the free 5km run/walk/jog.

The Parkrun organises free weekly 5km timed runs around the world.

The Boksburg festivities will take place at the Boksburg City Stadium.

The event will also be supporting the fight against cancer so participants are urged to wear pink.

Comrades Marathon icon, Bruce Fordyce, who introduced the Parkrun to the country, will be in attendance. – @SabeloBoksburg
