Robertsham give Boksburg unfriendly welcome to the super league

Robertsham gave Boksburg Football Club a hostile welcome to the Super League (SL) with a 3-1 drubbing of the home side as the 2016 Eastern Local Football Association (ELFA) season kicked off.

The game, played at the Boksburg City Stadium on March 5, saw Eduardo Cassonga net the consolation score for the Blues.

Boksburg will be looking to bag their first home win of the season when Alberton come to town this weekend.

The Blues earned promotion to the SL following a memorable 2015 season when they were runaway winners of the Premier League under the tutelage of Garth Cooley.
