According to spokesperson Lieut Juanita Coetzer, the motor vehicle was travelling from Kempton Park to Boksburg on Atlas Road (from North to South).
“It was dark, and out of the veld next to Atlas road, a pedestrian ran across the road,” explains Coetzer.
Coetzer adds that the investigation of the case is at a sensitive stage, and further information cannot be divulged.
