The search for tennis’ “Aces of Tomorrow”

The search for future tennis stars begun at the Parkrand Tennis Complex as it launched its annual “Aces of Tomorrow” Round Robin Tennis Tournament, at the complex, from December 9 to 11.

The tournament was designed to ensure active involvement and enjoyment of physical activity to promote a healthy lifestyle for all the children who were involved in the three-day event.

The tournament also provided children the opportunity to remain active during their school holiday whilst also learning and developing their tennis skills.

Age group categories for both girls and boys were u-10, u-12, u-14 and u-18.

Anyone interested in joining the complex or requiring additional information may contact Theo Blaauw on 083 453 5638 or Jack Buys on 082 920 7295, or log onto www.parkrandtennis.wix.com/tennis or their Facebook page at parkrandtennis.

One of the main aims of Aces of Tomorrow is to produce the next generation of the Victoria Azarenkas of his world.
