Football club gets a second vets team
Players interested in joining the club may contact Seforo on 079 721 6160.

The state of football is healthy in Boksburg, at least in the veteran side of things.
The club has recently registered its second veterans team which comprises players 35 and above and plies its football in the Easterns’ second division.
They are mentored by player-coach Ernest Seforo, who also recently guided the u-17 side to a third place finish in their league.
The team is born courtesy of a high demand of players wanting to play for the club with the veteran’s first side having reached its player limit of 25 players per squad.
The vets play 40 minutes per half and their home games are played at the home of Boksburg football the Boksburg City Stadium. Games are played every Wednesday evening.
Quizzed on which position he plays in, Seforo said: “All positions except goalkeeper,” before sharing his joy at the good chemistry in camp.
“We just met at the field for the very first time and the spirit is very high. I am happy for that, results will follow.”
