Join open day at Boksburg Rugby Club
The open day will accommodate players ranging from u-6 all the way to u-13; as well as u-18s.
The Boksburg Rugby Club will hold an open day for junior players on Saturday (May 5) at Prince George Park.
The open day will also see the official revelation of Probrand SA as the head sponsor for the club’s junior teams.
Meanwhile, the club has also recently announced Rudi Matthee as the new director of junior rugby.
Every aspiring junior rugby player is welcome. Proceedings will run from 9am to 12noon.
Player registrations will also take place.
“If you want to play good youth club rugby, Boksburg is the place to be especially after last year’s u-9s and u-10s were crowned league champions. The club will just expand this year,” read a statement from the club.
“Keep your eyes on the newspaper because we will have exciting clinics this year and also hold special days.”
Food and beverages will be on sale on the day.
