Doman selected for SA U-19 schools team
Parkrand Tennis Complex (PTC) member, Henco Doman, has been selected for the South African U-19 schools team, which will tour and compete in the UK in June.
The Hoërskool EG Jansen pupil and his team will take on Scotland before competing at the Sutton Tennis Academy in England.
They will also attend two days at the Wimbledon Championships.
He is, however, looking for funding for the trip.
His club, PTC, will hold a fundraising social day to assist with the costs involved on Saturday, May 10 from 1.30pm, where club members will be asked to make a donation to play.
Members of the public are also invited to take part.
Any companies or members of the public willing to assist with donations for Henco are more than welcome and encouraged to do so by the club.
