Project reaches out to the less fortunate
The National Round Table has launched its Winter Knights 2014 project which aims to provide the less fortune people in communities with non-perishable foods, clothes and blankets, to try and make their winter a bit more bearable.
Round Table Boksburg 17 have set up a box for collections at the Gold Rand Harley Dealership (38 North Rand Road, Hughes).
A special collection day at the dealership has also been organised on May 10, during which blankets for donation will be sold.
From April 15, interested parties can also drop off donations at the Caxton Newspapers East Rand offices (20 Sydney Road, Ravenswood).
