An entertaining swimming gala
It was a gloomy, overcast day, but the children from Katharina Carolina (KC) Swim School did not let the weather dampen their gala day, which took place recently.
Dressed in their Spiderman and Barbie costumes, the KC swimmers each competed in three races; namely freestyle, breaststroke and a fun pajama race.
The purpose of the gala was to measure their progress in swimming and to help them prepare for school galas.
A parents’ race also featured to sum-up the day.
