They are on the road and grass with smashed vehicles and batteries filling the house.Money exchanges hands and callers range from Flatbed trucks dropping off smashed vehicle to van drivers buying car parts.This is a residential area and the scrap car business is degrading the road and residents.Do not know if the people should even be in the house.Can anything be done to have them evicted.
