Can you survive the water and terrain?
If you're looking to unlock your mind and body's full potential, then the Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate in Kempton Park is the place to be on Saturday, November 16.
The estate will see the hosting of the gruelling Surviving Water And Terrain (SWAT) race.
The race, which includes 25 obstacles stretching over more than six kilometres, and is designed to test you both mentally and physically.
Contestants may participate individually or as a team. Entry for spectators is free.
This one is definitely for the adrenaline junkies.
