A family is urgently looking for witnesses to come forward in connection with a car accident that happened on June 8 around 3am on Jubilee Road outside the Parklands Estate Complex.
Janine van Blerk said that her son’s girlfriend hit a tree and was severely injured.
“According to the report from the insurance investigator, there was a witness at Parklands Estate that mentioned seeing another car drive away just after the accident.
“We are urgently trying to contact the witness. There are a few questions that the family are trying very hard to get answers for,” said Janine.
“The initial alert of the accident came over a CPF WhatsApp group. No one is able to say who alerted the group of the accident.
She added that her son’s girlfriend is still on the road to recovery, but it will take quite a while as she suffered many broken bones.
