In Sunward Park, a man woke up on May 27 to find that during the night, thieves forced their way into his home on Albrecht Road and stole valuable goods worth thousands of rand.
It emerged that thugs forced opened one of the doors and stole a Samsung 50″ TV set, a laptop and wallet. Stolen goods are insured.
* A Freeway Park man was, at about 4am on May 27, awoken by a commotion at his house on Tokai Road, as thieves were ransacking his house.
When he went to check what the commotion was, the victim noticed two men jumping over the fence. He later found that his LG TV set was gone. The TV is not insured.
* In Libradene, thieves forced their way into a residential property on Greenfield Avenue and stole a TV set sometime during the night between May 27 and 28. The stolen TV is not insured.
