Elderly can book now for Christmas lunch at Strelitizia
Elderly residents who are wondering how their budgets will allow them to enjoy a Christmas meal this year, should look no further than the Strelitzia Service Centre, in Champion Street, Boksburg North.
The centre is hosting a Christmas lunch on December 8, for only R50 per person.
There will be live entertainment by the “Die Ou Toppies” band.
This is what’s on the menu: Lamb, chicken and cocktail breadrolls with coleslaw, potato, beetroot, curried green bean and carrot salads. The meal will be rounded off with a fridge tart.
To avoid disappointment, book you spot at Strelitzia’s reception by December 6.
The Christmas lunch starts at 10am, but guests are welcome to come before the time.
