Asthma in focus at Unjani clinic

The latest research shows that as many as 40 per cent of South African patients believe the management of their asthma is under control, when in fact it’s not.

Recognising the severity of the issue, when this is an illness that can be managed, AstraZeneca has collaborated with Unjani Clinics to help address the problem.

The clinics are run by nurses who are tireless in their efforts to improve the lives of their patients.

They have undergone sponsored training with AstraZeneca and have received a nebuliser for their clinics.
