Local coach offering private training sessions
Estate Football Club head coach Sihle Zuma is offering one-on-one training sessions to help players sharpen their craft. Sessions include working on player fitness, conditioning, shooting and ball control, to list a few.
The mentor holds his sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday mornings at Prince George Park, in Boksburg, and at the Old Benonians Sports Club, in Benoni.
Sessions range between an hour and 90 minutes at a cost of R200 per session.
Weekday sessions are held from 6pm while Saturday classes take place from 7.30pm.
The coach is currently working with the likes of Mamelodi Sundowns midfield player, Mzikayise Mashaba.
Sihle’s Windmill Park-based team, Estate, will be travelling to Durban this Saturday to play against National First Division sides, Real Kings and Golden Arrows, for pre-season friendly matches.
