Hirsch’s host educational domestic worker course for the community

The First Domestic Workers Course for 2015 is on the 24th of February at Hirsch’s Boksburg, K90 Centre at 10.00 am to 11.30 am.

At Hirsch’s Boksburg they are always trying to find ways to give back to the community and their educational domestic courses is one of the many ways they give back to the community. The courses are free of charge and they are  open to any community domestic worker who would like to take advantage of the opportunity to learn and grow in their personal capacity.

The Course is run by Brigitte Thysse, PR and Marketing Manager and Lindiwe Mashile on a monthly basis. The domestic workers are taken on an in-depth training session on the up-keep and maintenance of household appliances such as Ovens, microwaves, TV’s, fridges, freezers and all types of stoves and extractor fans (to name a few).

We acknowledge that appliances and electronics are becoming more and more complicated. By hosting these courses, we give the ladies a piece of mind when cleaning and utilising appliances as it can be quite intimidating at times.

After the formalities of the course, each domestic worker receives a Certificate of completion to thank them and reward them for being proactive and taking the initiative to learn and grow. It can also be utilised in their C.V’s.  “The smiles on their faces when they received their certificates is a moment I will never forget”.

To Book Your Domestic Worker For this Course, Simply RSVP their Name and Surname to brigitte@hirschs.co.za.
