According to the Boksburg North SAPS spokesperson, Lieut Juanita Coetzer, the community complained about needles and other medical waste lying around on the premises.
Upon arrival, Boksburg North SAPS officers found several needles in the grass.
“The fire station was contacted to assist in this matter,” said Coetzer.
“The premises were inspected and a name of where the medical waste came from was found.”
Coetzer said the fire station also arranged for the waste to be cleaned up by experts. – @IschkeBoksburg
