Closing in on criminals in Reiger Park

Members of SAPS K9, Flying Squad, Reiger Park SAPS in conjunction with the Department of Community Safety, raided suspected drug houses in Reiger Park, on Tuesday, September 23.

A 21-year-old suspect was arrested after he was found in possession of drugs at the ‘Flats’.

Also during the raid, three other suspects were arrested from an alleged drug house after they were found in possession of drugs, a toy gun and an unlicensed firearm as well as six live ammunition rounds.

All suspects were scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, September 25.

“We will be carrying out regular unannounced crime operations in the area. Slowly but surely, we are closing in on criminals. We will soon win Reiger Park back from the criminals,” asserts Reiger Park SAPS spokesperson, Sgt Mashudu Phathela. – @FanieBoksburg
