Security sector invitation
The Department of Labour is inviting all security employers and employees to a security sector forum to be held at the Boksburg Library auditorium, corner Trichardts and Voortrekker Street, at 8.30am on Thursday, August 21.
The purpose of the event is to capacitate employers and employees in terms of the following aspects: Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) services, security sectoral determination, Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA), Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) processes and social justice blockages, CCMA dispute management and prevention services, as well as Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) declarations (U filing).
