Church treats SAPS members to soup
The AGS Church, in Beyers Park, supported by Boksburg North CPF cluster chairperson, Herman Heunis, made life a bit easier for the officers at the Boksburg North police station by giving them a cup of soup on July 14.
Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, says that they reached out to the men and women in blue by serving them on a cold evening with soup and bread.
“The church wants to reach out to all the other churches in joining them in this initiative.”
