Nicholis Louw to feature at The Rock Raceway

It’s Rockmania Showdown time again, at The Rock Raceway.

The annual event is set to take place on Saturday, July 5, with action galore promised to entertain young and old alike.

Topping the event’s entertainment list is Afrikaans singer Nicholis Louw, who will feature for a double treat. The music star will perform some of his famous hits, as well as joining in the action on the track, by racing his Legend car.

The “Net Die Een Vir My” hit-maker will be joined by some of the country’s popular drivers, including Gary Formato, Devin Robertson and Seef Fourie Jnr, to name a few.

Accompanying the Legend race cars will be a full field of Outlaw V8 Sprints, that will roar around the 400m circuit together with a full oval discipline of open wheeled and saloon race cars.

Formula N circuit cars will also keep spectators riveted to their seats as the saloon car drivers jostle for positions around the tricky race circuit. There will be a double dose of V8 action, and the Lexus V8 class will entertain all who relish the brutal roars of the V8 engines.

A special stunt has also been planned for the day by the Rock Raceway team, guaranteed to take the breath away.

Drifting and drag races are also on the menu, to give race fanatics an adrenaline thrill of note. – @SabeloBoksburg
