Alberton outlast Boksburg
Alberton defeated Boksburg in their Eastern League FA League to come away from the Boksburg City Stadium with a 2-1 victory.
The Blues enjoyed a perfect start with Shaun Watt giving them an early lead, but were pegged back from an Alberton response which levelled the scores.
The match had to wait until the dying minutes to see the third and decisive goal scored by the visitors who completed their comeback.
The defeat capped a trying week for the Blues who travelled to Nigel on Wednesday evening, May 28, with the match ending three a piece.
They face Bonaero in a home encounter on Saturday, June 7.
