Metro appoints contractor for maintenance of valuation roll

The metro has appointed Ndlala Mass Valuations Services to undertake supplementary valuations of the current valuation roll of 2013 to 2017.

These supplementary valuations will include new townships, newly completed buildings, subdivisions and consolidations.

The municipality appeals to residents to cooperate with the company representatives by granting them access to their properties.

For security reasons, residents are advised to always request identification before granting people access onto their property.

As a form of identification, Ndlala staff will be carrying identity cards bearing the Ekurhuleni logo and telephone numbers that can be contacted for confirmation.

They will also be wearing Ekurhuleni branded T-Shirts.

Their operating hours are from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, starting from February 25.

For more information residents may call 011 999 4384, 011 999 3575, 011 999-3504 or 011 999 3561.
