Acting metro spokesperson, Themba Gadebe, says it will be a planned electricity supply interruption scheduled on the day.
“The interruption is due to the installation of the 11 000 Volt circuit breaker at substation 111, and the affected areas will include Windmill Park Ext 12, Villa Liza and Dawn Park Ext 27, 28, 29 and Ext 31,” says Gadebe.
Residents are urged to treat all electrical networks and equipment as electrically alive.
