According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the police station, the victim had a fight with his brothers at about 2.30am, on November 30.
“At about 7am he went to Tambo Memorial Hospital, but returned home at about 9am,” she says.
Coetzer adds that the man then went to sleep and woke up on December 1, complaining about pains, and later died.
“The suspects were arrested and detained; the investigation is on-going,” she says.
