Parkrand 2013 tennis champions crowned
The Parkrand Tennis Complex has recently completed its annual club championships.
Held later in the year than usual due to the complex’s upgrades, the event was well-supported by both players and supporters.
The championships saw junior members also participating, which has proven to be a great success.
Members and guests enjoyed food and refreshments while watching top-tier tennis with a number of the younger players vying for the major honours, but it was the seniors who won the main titles after producing absorbing tennis for those who were in attendance.
Next year’s championships are scheduled for April/May.
