Mrs South Africa 2014 crowned
Chané de Kock (28) from Stellenbosch, who is a married mom with three children, and practices as a health consultant, was officially crowned as Mrs South Africa on Saturday, October 5, at Emperors Palace.
The 22 finalists in the Mrs South Africa pageant represented their country and their home towns proudly.
They are seen as inspirational married women who are dedicated to creating sound environments for their family’s and devoted to the uplifting of their communities and South Africa.
“The standard was incredibly high and the entire event was a magnificent success, and most importantly, we have a new Mrs South Africa. She is extremely deserving of the title.
“We wish her all the success with her reign,” says Joani Johnson, director of the Mrs South Africa pageant.
Chané walks away with a prize package valued at over R600 000, including a new Cabrio DS3, treatments valued at over R20 000 and Veaudry hair tools and styling for the year.
Runners up to the title were Chantelle Swart from Pretoria (first princess) and Kholofelo Chademanah from Bryanston (second princess).
