Attorneys take part in wills week
Not only is death inevitable, its timing is very often unpredictable and inconvenient.
Every person over the age of 16 years has the right to have a Last Will and Testament in which the distribution of their assets and the appointment of their Executor is determined.
During Wills Week, between October 7 and 11, Malherbe, Rigg & Ranwell Inc (MRR), which is East Rand’s highest rated and oldest firm of attorneys, will be taking instructions to prepare straight-forward wills, free of charge.
