SPCA awards caregiver
Frans Mathatho, a caregiver at the Boksburg SPCA, received a long service award for 18 years service to the SPCA animals.
“We thank Frans for his years of dedication towards the welfare of so many animals that he took care of,” says Boksburg SPCA manager Wilma Steynbergh.
