The woman was employed as a cashier at the Sasol garage, corner of R554 and Rondebult roads, Klippoortjie, and committed petrol card fraud to the amount of R 1587.
According to W/O David Rafanyane, of the Dawn Park Police Station, the cashier assisted customers in using their company petrol cards to get money fraudulently from the garage.
The case is has been handed over to the Fraud Investigation Unit.
