A patient is only allowed a maximum of two visits per day.
Tambo Memorial Hospital has adjusted its visiting times as an effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus among its patients.
Visiting hours are now limited to one hour per day from 12pm to 1pm.
Only one visitor is allowed at a time and such visitor cannot spend more than 15 minutes with the patient.
According to the Department of Health’s instruction, any visits outside the prescribed time, must be pre-arranged and authorised by the attending doctor. These measures are applicable until further notice.
