New primary school in Boksburg reveals new building

The ceremony was attended by staff members, students and parents among others.

Nova Pioneer Boksburg Primary officially revealed its new school building during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on December 5.

Learners provided entertainment by singing and performing.

The event was concluded with their first assembly in the building. It was also their last assembly for the year.

In November 2018, Nova Pioneer acquired a Boksburg-based pre-school, Stepping Stones, which is undergoing the process of transition to Nova Pioneer.

Nova Pioneer Boksburg Primary currently accepts children from three months to three years into the baby and tots centre, and is open for applications for pre-primary and primary, from Grade 000 to Grade Four.

The school offers private school education, using the Cambridge curriculum, and delivers it through an enquiry-based learning model.

Classes are hands-on and interactive, and classrooms are student-centred, which means that the teacher guides the student to discover solutions themselves, rather than simply telling them how to solve the problem.
