Two suspects, aged between 25 and 35, have been arrested for possession of hijacked vehicles.
Both suspects were arrested in separate locations.
The Dawn Park SAPS tracking team recently spotted a suspicious-looking vehicle parked inside a yard at Bongani Street, Windmill Park.
According to Dawn Park SAPS spokesperson Const Nkemeleng Mabula the police found that the vehicle, a Blue Nissan Tiida, was reported to be hijacked earlier this month in Etwatwa.
Meanwhile, a black Toyota Yaris was also recovered by the tracing team inside a yard in Lindelani Street, Dawn Park. Mabula said the vehicle was reported to have been hijacked early November along Barry Marais Road and Dawn Park.
