Boksburg Cricket Club’s juniors ready for new season
Trials for the new season will be held on September 15 and 16.
The 2018/19 Eastern Cricket junior season got underway on Monday, September 3 and the Boksburg Cricket Club has been hard at work during this winter in getting preparations in order.
The new campaign got underway from 4.45pm at Prince George Park.
The club’s u-8s train at the C-field of PG Park, with the u-10s and u-12s scheduled to be at the A-field.
Interested players are advised to dress in full white cricket gear. No representative (regional, club) shirts are allowed.
Players are also to bring a player registration form, which can be found at boksburgcricketclub.co.za, an indemnity form, which forms part of the registration document, a copy of your birth certificate and a copy of your medical aid card (if applicable).
Junior coaches needed
The local cricket club is also on the search for enthusiastic coaches that are interested in joining the club’s coaching team.

Colts players
Interested Colts players are invited to meet at PG Park on September 4 at the net area at 5.30pm for a meeting concerning the Colts season. – @SabeloBoksburg
