Two murdered in Angelo

These two latest incidents form part of the dozens of killings involving guns recently reported in the area.

Two people were killed in the Angelo informal settlement over the weekend.

According to Boksburg SAPS spokesperson Sgt Cebisa Maseko, the first victim is a man whose body was found next to the railway line in Angelo on March 17.

Police arrived at the scene and found the body of the man who suffered multiple head and upper body gunshot wounds and with his hands tied behind his back.

The second murder occurred on March 18 next to the Angelo railway station. After receiving a complaint of shooting in the area, police found an unknown man lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in the head, chest, arm, hands and buttocks.
