The Ekurhuleni mayor, Mzwandile Masina will deliver his second State of the City Address on March 27 at the KwaThema Stadium.
During the speech he will report on his administrations progress for the past financial year and layout the metros priorities for the upcoming year.
The SOCA, themed “The City and the State of its People”, will see the first citizen reflect on how the metro has made strides in delivering quality services to its residents and how they have continued to revitalise the local economy through good governance and socio-economic transformation.
