Dog left in hot car
At around midday yesterday the Advertiser received news about a dog which had been left in a car in the parking lot of the Sunward Park Lifestyle Shopping Centre. The Boksburg SPCA was also alerted and sent an inspector to the scene.
A concerned citizen told the Advertiser that he noticed the dog gasping for air and looking out through a partly-open window, sparking angry scenes as shoppers waited for the owner to return to the suffering animal. The Advertiser is awaiting feedback from the SPCA about what transpired on the scene and the dog’s condition.
