Test your endurance at Cansa Fitness Street Challenge
The Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa) is hosting the Fitness Street Challenge on November 12 and invites everyone to come and test their endurance level by participating in this one-of-a-kind event.

All activities will take place in a kilometre stretch of road behind Kingfisher Square, Heidelberg Road, Elspark and the fun starts at 9am.
Cansa volunteer Shaun Koneight is the host of this event.
Corrien Roro, Cansa’s community mobiliser fund developer, said the Fitness Street Challenge is the ideal opportunity for a company team-building as teams will battle it out against each other, gym members and participating tenants from the shopping centre.
“Or just come and have pure fun with us on the day,” she said.
“It is through the effort and support of the public that we are able to serve the community more effectively!”
Corrien explained that Cansa offers a unique integrated service to the public and all people affected by cancer.
“As a leading role player in cancer research (R4.5-million spent annually), the scientific findings and knowledge gained from our research are used to realign our health programmes as well as strengthen our watchdog role to the greater benefit of the public.”
