Calling all local soccer teams
The Top 16 Gold Cup Football Tournament returns and will take place over the weekend of February 24 to 26 at the Geluksdal Stadium.
All football teams around Boksburg are invited and urged to enter as soon as possible as space for entrants is limited.
The affiliation fee per team for the tournament’s third edition is R900. The draw for the tournament is scheduled to take place on February 4 at Soekies Tavern in Geluksdal.
The defending champions are Reiger Park-based Brazilians.
Prizes worth R30 000 are to be won at the footballing jamboree.
