Calling all rugby players
The Owls’ traditional training days and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30pm at their Prince George Park base and this year is no different.
The first training session of the year took place on Tuesday, January 12.
Players looking for a club or who are interested in playing for the Owls can join the club’s training sessions.
“Players interested in playing club rugby are welcome to join us, especially u-21 players because we’re looking to strengthen our u-21 side,” said the club’s Sean Scheepers.
The season will kick-off on February 20 with a friendly tournament in Springs, followed by another friendly meeting in Delmas the following week.
The Owls’ league campaign is set to take centre stage in early March.
The club will have three squads for the season: the senior team, the reserve side and the u-21 team.
The Prince George Park training base can be found in Adderley Street.
