Stars sparkle on red carpet at premiere of Sewentig x 7
Afrikaans actors, singers, film directors and other well-known South Africans turned heads at the premiere of the Afrikaans film, Sewentig x 7, at the Woord en Lewe Church in Sunward Park, on November 16.
The public also had the opportunity to attend this smart event.
Celebrities who were seen on the red carpet were Gerhardt Steyn, Angelique Gerber, Yutame Venter and JC Snooke, among others.
Sewentig x 7 (Seventy x 7 as referred to in Biblical terms of forgiveness) is the latest film by Incense Productions, producers of acclaimed films Hartsbegeertes, Forsaken, Rowwe Diamante, Reload and Suiderkruis.
The film centres on a young couple whose lives are irrevocably changed when they lose their only son after driving home from a party under the influence of alcohol.
