Depleted Kempton Park suffers ER United wrath
East Rand United sent out their biggest statement yet in their quest of winning this year’s Valke Merlin League with a 104-7 rout over Kempton Park.
United ran in 16 tries in a match that saw more than half the team dot down for a five-pointer in Reiger Park on Saturday, June 27.
Asked for his thoughts on the match, United coach Derick Sampson kept his response brief.
“They came to the graveyard unprepared.”
