The four Reiger Park men were arrested by EMPD on Monday, February 23.
They have made their third court appearance on March 2, but the matter was postponed to March 9, for formal bail application.
According to Sgt Mashudu Phathela, a spokesperson for the Reiger Park SAPS, the suspects were arrested while participating in a protest at the entrance of Harambe Community Development and Resource Centre.
They were allegedly burning tyres and preventing people from entering the premises.
