According Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, while on his way to the police station, Sage saw three people pushing a heavy wheelie-bin.
“He investigated and found the bin was full of possibly stolen vehicle parts, radios, vehicle batteries and tools.
“One bag contained possible house-breaking and motor vehicle theft tools, gloves and beanies,” says Coetzer.
