According to the press the Post Office problems have been solved. Time will actually tell whether it really is the end of the woes after six years of regular problems.
In the meantime the metro should really consider giving residents a choice between having their accounts delivered by snail mail or fast e-mail. If small metro’s like Mosselbay can do it, Ekurhuleni should also make this choice available and save on postage.
I am aware that the accounts is available from e-Siyakhoka, but obtaining it by such means is a tedious procedure and more money could be saved if e-Siyakhoka’s service is rather rendered by the metro.

This post office strike really caused an inconvenience as I have been expecting a letter since July 2014 & a package and I’m now moving obviously the letter, package is addressed to my old address, as 4 option of emailed accounts 4get it to open an bank account or update details want it on paper with physical address!
