Worldnet gifts Boksburg soccer with maximum points
Boksburg Football Club had probably never had an easier victory ahead of their scheduled home encounter against fellow Eastern Premier League contenders Worldnet on Saturday, August 2.
What was meant to be an opportunity for both teams to make crucial leaps on the log ended as a free ride for Boksburg who were awarded maximum points following Worldnet’s late arrival ahead of kick-off.
“Worldnet rocked up late so the ref gave us the points,” confirmed Blues skipper Matthew Cooley.
