Carnival City partners with Gauteng Motor Show
This year’s Gauteng Motor Show cranks up the kilowatts as Carnival City, as the official hospitality sponsor, joins forces with this thrill-a-minute motoring event.
Taking place from July 25 to 27, at the Rock Raceway, in Brakpan, the 2014 Gauteng Motor Show offers pulse-racing action and excitement for all ages and interests, and an entertainment line-up unlike any other motoring event in SA.
“Carnival City was identified as the official hospitality sponsor to the Gauteng Motor Show, due to its vibrant, fun and energetic brand,” says Rene Staack, of Thebe Reed Exhibitions, the show’s leading event organisers.
As a lead-up to the main event, Carnival City will host a launch day on Sunday, July 6, where visitors can enjoy a variety of auto-inspired activities and contests, such as the Show and Shine, Sound-Off and Remote Control Car competitions, all of which promise to fire up the ignition for the upcoming show.
Park and ride facilities will be set up at the Gauteng Motor Show and Carnival City, for the duration of the event, at the end of July.
These will run on an hourly basis from 9.30am to 6.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, meaning that visitors to Carnival City can easily catch a ride to the Gauteng Motor Show and back again, and vice versa, and experience all the live action first-hand.
