According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer from the Boksburg North SAPS, the driver of the vehicle was taken to the Tambo Memorial Hospital where he passed away due to his injuries.

A cyclist was allegedly run over by a black truck, which did not stop at the scene.
The cyclist passed on due to his injuries.
