According to Dawn Park police spokesperson, Charles Tshabalala, the 21-year-old woman has been missing since the incident of her boyfriend’s death, and was found at around noon on Monday, April 28, at Lindelani dumping site in Windmill Park.
“The woman was found with her feet tied, and her hands tied behind her back. Her body was already decomposing and we suspect that she has been there for about a week,” says Tshabalala.
Tshabalala says the cause of death is unknown and the police are investigating the matter.
